• Turbosmart DV (One in the attached picture will be replaced with alternative, Pneumatic DV from Turbosmart are currently discontinued)
• Turbosmart Twin Port Actuator

Things to know:

While our package is designed to support 300whp on a stock engine, it's important to note that there can be limitations and potential risks associated with high mileage engines. We have observed instances where engines with high mileage have experienced issues such as cracked ring lands.

To prioritize reliability, we tune torque for stock motors up to 260ftlbs. This ensures a balance between performance and longevity. However, it's worth mentioning that even at this torque level, we have seen failures occur.

To provide a more reliable experience, we highly recommend considering upgraded rods and pistons. These upgrades can help ensure good ring seal and prevent being limited by torque. By strengthening these components, you can enhance the overall durability and performance of your engine.

Ultimately, it's important to assess the condition and limitations of your specific engine before pushing it to its limits. Upgraded rods and pistons can provide added peace of mind and help mitigate potential issues associated with high power levels.

Please note, this is package comes with an Ethanol content sensor, this will allow us to calibrate two maps for fuel tables based on desired ethanol control up to 30%.  This package defaults boost by gear but also offers multiple boost maps that can be changed on the fly.

What is the process to get tuned?

You will be required to ship DME to us or to one of our dealers to unlock DME  to allow us remote tuning, regardless if you an new or existent customer.  We will provide you with a base file that will let you drive your vehicle for preliminary check prior Dyno Schedule for full remote tuning. More details to be discussed direct with customer.

What to do if you are already R300 Customer?

Please send us an email, with your information and proof of R300 purchase, we will then generate an invoice in the background with adjusted price to support your existent R300.
