Designed for compatibility with the R400TS turbo, OEM turbo, R300 turbo, and all hybrid turbos featuring the OEM hot side style, our down-pipe is the premier option available on the market.

This down-pipe has been specifically developed to support our R400TS turbocharger package, while also fulfilling the demand for a 3" down-pipe capable of handling Stage 3 (Hybrid Turbo) applications. Please note that this is not a high-volume production item, and the retail cost reflects the premium manufacturing and craftsmanship involved. Limited quantities are currently in stock.

• Premium Materials: Crafted entirely from 304-grade stainless steel. The cast elbow is meticulously designed to match the flow characteristics of the OEM turbocharger flange. A billet CNC-machined flange ensures a perfect fit for the bottom flange gasket and connects seamlessly to the OEM Cat-back or any aftermarket Cat-back on the market.

• Durable Construction: Built with a full stainless steel body, TIG welded and back purged for maximum long-term reliability.

• Precision Fitment: Despite being a 3" down-pipe installed in a compact engine bay, we've achieved optimal fitment. Utilizing the latest technology, including 3D scanning and CAD software, this down-pipe guarantees OEM fitment, securing the correct location for the upper O2 sensor and allowing for the retention of the OEM heat shielding. Minor modifications at the bottom portion of the heat shield may be necessary to accommodate the lower downpipe bracket due to Exhaust Manifold/Cylinder Head Core Shift from mass production.

• Thoughtful Engineering: Our design allows easy access to the flange nuts, prioritizing the technician's needs for easy installation. Cast elbow design to accommodate 3/8 Drive Socket for 13mm nuts.

• Custom Options: Upon request, we can fabricate the down-pipe cat-back connection with a V-band flange for those who wish to continue with custom cat-back fabrication (available at an extra charge; please email us to inquire). We also offer this down-pipe with a 300-cell catalytic converter or an EPA-approved catalytic converter.
