What intake should we fit to the R300 Turbocharger? The R300 Turbocharger is designed to accommodate the OEM pre-turbo intake pipe without a rubber grommet. While the OEM pipe remains a valid and straightforward solution, age and wear of plastic components can lead to drying and cracking.
To address this, we have developed a viable, cost-effective solution for those looking to replace their OEM turbocharger inlet with a high-flow charge pipe, specifically benefiting the R300’s air demand.
We also recognize that other hybrid turbos on the market face the same inquiry: "Where can I find a 2" Turbocharger Inlet?" We heard your needs and have decided to mass-produce this option to ensure you have choices as well!
This is a clean OEM Plus upgrade that, once paired with a drop-in panel filter, will outperform any other intake on the market. It features a 2.75" pipe diameter with a seamless design and connects to a pre-turbo silicone coupler, which incorporates a built-in velocity stack design to enhance airflow efficiency.
We utilize the same intake setup for our R400ts turbocharger, using a 3" turbo inlet silicone coupler. This configuration has achieved over 350whp with the factory airbox and a panel filter. Additionally, if you encounter the factory aftermarket JCW larger airbox, that is the best intake option you could fit on these vehicles!

Our silicone couplers are custom-manufactured, featuring a Viton inner layer for durability in oily environments, paired with high temperature silicone on the exterior.
